2. Service Description
G-CARD provides:
- Digital invitation card (e-card) creation and customization
- SMS and WhatsApp distribution to your guest list
- Unique verification code generation for each invitation
- On-site verification team services for event entry management
- Real-time analytics and attendance tracking
- Customer support throughout the service period
3. User Responsibilities
Event Hosts must:
- Provide accurate event details and guest contact information
- Ensure guest consent for receiving SMS/WhatsApp invitations
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights in content and designs
- Coordinate with our on-site team for event day verification
4. Payment Terms
- Service Fees: Payment due upon service booking confirmation
- Additional Costs: SMS/WhatsApp charges based on guest count
- On-site Team: Additional fees for verification team services
- Payment Methods: Credit cards, bank transfers, mobile payments
- Currency: All prices in USD unless otherwise specified
- Late Payments: Service may be suspended for overdue accounts
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client:
- More than 7 days before event: Full refund minus processing fees
- 3-7 days before event: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before event: No refund
- Same day cancellation: No refund, full charges apply
Cancellation by G-CARD:
- Full refund if we cannot provide promised services
- Alternative solutions will be offered when possible
- Force majeure events may affect service availability
6. Service Limitations
SMS/WhatsApp Delivery:
- Delivery depends on third-party network availability
- We cannot guarantee 100% delivery rates
- Guest phone numbers must be valid and active
- Some carriers may block promotional messages
On-Site Verification:
- Service area limitations may apply
- Minimum advance booking required
- Weather and accessibility conditions may affect service
- Event venue must provide appropriate verification setup space
7. Intellectual Property
- G-CARD Platform: All rights reserved by G-CARD
- E-card Templates: Licensed for single event use only
- Custom Content: Client retains rights to their original content
- Usage Restrictions: No resale or redistribution of our templates
- Verification Technology: Proprietary G-CARD technology
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- Guest data used only for invitation delivery and verification
- Secure encryption for all data transmission and storage
- Automatic guest data deletion 30 days post-event
- GDPR and applicable privacy law compliance
9. Liability and Disclaimers
Service Availability:
- Services provided "as is" without warranties
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous availability
- Third-party service disruptions may affect our service delivery
Limitation of Liability:
- Liability limited to service fees paid
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages
- Event host responsible for guest data accuracy
- Force majeure events exclude liability
10. Prohibited Uses
G-CARD services cannot be used for:
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
- Harassment or harmful content distribution
- Violation of third-party rights
- Misrepresentation of event details
- Circumventing our verification systems
11. Service Modifications
G-CARD reserves the right to:
- Modify service features with reasonable notice
- Update pricing with 30 days advance notice
- Discontinue services with appropriate transition period
- Enhance security and verification measures
12. Termination
We may terminate services if:
- Terms of Service are violated
- Payments are consistently late
- Prohibited activities are detected
- Legal requirements mandate termination
13. Governing Law
